Stefflon Don (real name Stephanie Victoria Allen) is a British rapper from Birmingham, who was first made known through her feature on 'Instruction' by Jax Jones. She very quickly followed this up with her highest peaking solo single, 'Hurtin' Me', which featured French Montana and peaked at #7.
Stefflon's second single, 'Ding a Ling' featuring Skepta, was a massive underperformance, entering the chart at #64 and dropping out the week after. She was unable to recover from this, and none of her solo singles have reached the Top 40 since. Her return to the Top 40 came with her feature on Wiley's 'Boasty Remix' which peaked at #11. Prior to Boasty Stefflon Don worked with Sean Paul on the song Shot And Wine, yet another song of hers that did not chart, or at least did not chart in the Top 40.
She later released a new track with a rapper named Lil Baby called phone down, which did not reach the top 40 of the official charts of Britain. On Friday October 18th 2019 Stefflon Don's feature on the Siohu Moose Walla track 47 along with Mist and Steel Banglez peaked at #17 on the UK official charts top 40, made clear by the fact that on the following Friday October 25th 2019 the song dropped a colossal twenty one places to #38. Having spent two weeks in the UK Official Chart Top 40 the song 47 dropped out of the top 40 completely on Friday November 1st 2019. In June 2023, she appeared upon an episode of ‘Love Island: Aftersun’. In November 2023, she featured on Chase & Status' latest single entitled "Selecta". On Friday 17th November 2023, Selecta entered the Official Chart Top 40 at #27. The following week on Friday 24th November 2023, Selecta fell down eight places from #27 to #35. The following week on Friday 1st December 2023, Selecta departed from the chart.
